1. What is your return period?
Got 30 days from when your stuff arrives to send it back. Just make sure it's never been worn or washed, still has all the tags, and comes in the original packaging.
2. How do I start a return?
Shoot us an email at support@rakomu.com with your order number and let us know what's up. We'll get back to you with the return details once we approve it.
3. Who pays for return shipping?
That's on you, but hey, we don't charge any restocking or handling fees to make up for it.
4. When will I receive my refund?
Once we get your return and check it out, your money goes back to your original payment method within about 7 business days.
5. How long does shipping take?
We pack your order in 0–2 business days, then it's usually 6–10 business days to reach you.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Only if we haven't started processing or shipped it yet. If you need to cancel, reach out to us.
7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Email support@rakomu.com with some photos and details. We'll sort it out and find you a solution.
