Return and Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All original packaging, tags, accessories, and inserts must be included. Products returned after the 30-day return window may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
How to Request a Return
Before sending any item back, you must first contact our support team at support@rakomu.com. Please include your order number along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return request.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the return instructions required to complete the process. Unauthorized returns or packages sent without prior approval may be refused.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by law or unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during transit.
Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed after approval. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.
No Restocking Charges
We do not apply restocking fees to approved returns.
Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange an item for a different size, variation, or product, please contact us at support@rakomu.com. Our support team will assist you with the available exchange options and provide the next steps required.
Order Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted as quickly as possible after placing an order. While we will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests, orders that have already entered processing, packaging, or shipment stages may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
In situations where cancellation is no longer possible, customers may still request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
Wrong or Damaged Deliveries
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly at support@rakomu.com.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
- Images of the external packaging if applicable
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement items, reshipment, refund assistance, or other corrective measures where applicable.
