Shipping Overview

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-7) on business days are generally prepared for processing the same day. Orders submitted after the daily cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

Most orders are prepared, verified, and packed within 0-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, standard delivery within the United States typically arrives within 4-8 business days.

Based on these timeframes, the estimated total delivery time is approximately 4-10 business days from the date the order is placed. Please note that delivery estimates may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or other circumstances outside our control.

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

Order Processing
After an order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your purchase request. Orders then enter our preparation and verification stage, during which payment authorization, inventory confirmation, and packaging are completed.

Processing times may occasionally extend during holidays, promotional campaigns, severe weather conditions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipment Tracking
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Tracking updates may require additional time before becoming visible within the carrier’s system.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates are provided as general guidelines only and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping timelines may vary depending on carrier operations, weather disruptions, destination accessibility, logistical delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Although most shipments arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur during transit.

Delivery Delays
If your package has not arrived within the estimated shipping timeframe, we kindly ask that you allow several additional business days for final carrier updates and delivery completion.

Please continue monitoring your tracking information during this period. If the shipment still has not arrived after the extended waiting period, contact us at support@rakomu.com and include your order number so our team can investigate further.

Order Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted as quickly as possible after placing an order. While we will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests, orders that have already entered processing, packaging, or shipment stages may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

In situations where cancellation is no longer possible, customers may still request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

Wrong or Damaged Deliveries
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly at support@rakomu.com.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • Images of the external packaging if applicable

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement items, reshipment, refund assistance, or other corrective measures where applicable.
